Shanghai Yizhuang Expands PTFE Coated Fastener Supply for Harsh Industrial Conditions
Shanghai Yizhuang, a professional industrial fastener supplier, provides high-performance PTFE (Teflon / Xylan) coated fasteners designed for critical threaded connections.
PTFE coating delivers built-in dry lubrication and strong chemical resistance. It effectively prevents galling and seizing on stainless steel, duplex steel and high-alloy fasteners, stabilises torque and preload, and allows repeated disassembly for maintenance. The coating works reliably from -200°C to 260°C against seawater, sour gas, acids and alkalis.
Our PTFE coated fastener portfolio covers stud bolts, hex bolts, socket cap screws, nuts and washers in A193 B7, B8, 2205, 2507, A286 and Inconel 625. All products follow ASTM, ASME and DIN standards .
Project Reference
We delivered PTFE coated A193 B8M stud and nut fastener sets to a seawater desalination project in Southeast Asia. The coating solved duplex thread galling and long-term seawater corrosion. These fasteners have maintained stable performance for more than 18 months and remain easy to dismantle during routine inspections.
